Personal Horse Owner's Application

Coverage for an owner of a horse that becomes legally liable for bodily injury or property damages caused by the owned horse. Refer to AAIS GL-610 Commercial Liability Coverage Form and GL-612: Deletion of Certain Exclusion(s) Liability limits available per occurrence/aggregate are: $300,000/$600,000/$500,000/$1,000,000 and $1,000,000/$2,000,000

Includes $50,000 Fire Legal Liability Coverage. Refer to AAIS GL-610 Form

Acceptable Risks – For Completing This Application
Personal owned horsed that are NOT used for commercial purposes or leased to anyone for a commercial purpose.
Personal owned horses that are NOT boarded at owned or leased premises (other than renting stall space at a boarding stable).
Race Horse Owner that is NOT involved commercially as a business but rather as a hobby.
Applicant free of claims within the last 3-years.
