Horse Show/Event Application

Coverage for individual, organization, or partnership that becomes legally liable for bodily injury or property damages caused by an occurrence at the Horse Show/Event. Refer to AAIS GL-610 Commercial Liability Coverage Form and GL-612: Deletion of Certain Exclusion(s) Liability limits available per occurrence/aggregate are: $300,000/$600,000/$500,000, $1,000,000 and $1,000,000/$2,000,000
Includes $5,000 Medical Payment Coverage. Refer to AAIS GL-610 Form
Includes $50,000 Fire Legal Liability Coverage. Refer to AAIS GL-610 Form
Includes $5,000 Coverage against direct physical loss for owned tack. Refer to AAIS FO-6 Farm Coverage Form

Acceptable Risks – For Completing This Application
Horse Shows/Events that are NOT part of a Farm owner package policy or Horse Riding Club
Trail Ride Events may not be Acceptable. Submit application to underwriting. Most trail riding and horses for hire risks belong in the E&S market. Filed programs do not generally have rates to cover the exposure these types of risks present.
Horse Show/Event must obtain signed releases from all participants.
Applicant free of claims within the last 3—years.
